Not a perfect man, a better one

We made mistakes, some were silly but some were grave, and these mistakes might not just affect you but others as well.

Someone told me, "Every saint has a past and every sinner has a future."

We shouldn't let our past hold us down, stop us from moving into the future.

And everyday we tried to be a better person, not a perfect one but a better one.

Sometimes our emotions might cloud our judgement and at that moment we made the silliest mistake. It killed us.

But never stop trying again and again even if you keep repeating the same mistake.

At the end of the day you know that you want to be a better someone.

As students, as friends, as human beings, we all try to do the best that we can but the world is full of unexpected twists and turns.

And just when you got the lay of the land, the ground underneath you shifted and knocked you off your feet.

If you are lucky you end up with nothing more than a flesh wound, something a bandage will cover but some wounds are deeper than they first appear and wire to more than just a quick fix.

With some wounds, you have to reap off the bandage, let them breath and give them time to heal.
