Gotta go school for lesson later at 12 until 3pm, follow by project meeting.

Hope it can end before 7pm so that I can go Ngee Ann poly to support Mayfan's NpStrings with Tianyi, Huimin and Kaixiang!

So much but so little time

This is how I am feeling right at this moment.

One wise woman said, "Stressing out is unavoidable but stressing out instead of using your brain cells to do stuff that you need to do is a waste of resources."

so relax and smile.

I love doing a lot of things because it makes me really happy when I am really busy. Productive, fruitful.

But it can be very crazy when everything starts to pile up when I didn't manage well my time.

Assignments, projects, modules, lack of finances, commitments.

Don't get me wrong, I love them all because it is what I pray for everyday to my Father in heaven, increase my capacity and this is how it should be. 

so here I am,

"Jesus, I know I asked for it but please teach me how to do it right. Stretch me in a way that I will not break. Let me know that whatever I am doing, I am with You. Give me Your peace. Humbly, I come before You. Still I say, here I am, send me."

Tomorrow

- 930am Project meeting, 12-3pm Lesson, 3-4pm Project meeting (Pending) 4-630pm Revising accounting, 630-830pm Guitar lesson, 830-10pm Revision (Pending) provided if there is no dance practice.

Went to watch Battleship with my dudes! 

They make me happy! Yup! JCube! Nice place to hang out!

 Dance practice was great as usual although it was short!

WORSHIP NIGHT WITH ABUNDANT LIFE BAND

Had a worship night with Abundant Life Band.

The presence was so strong that many were touched even for me!

I am so blessed!

Their testimonies are really touching! 

One of them shared something that really touched my heart, 

He has been a christian since young and is a good boy. 

He is constantly making choices everyday, fighting to stay right for God,

making the right choice, to walk the right way.

 After Worship! Awesome cgms who came all the way down just to worship and hunger after God. 

I am very touched! :)

Kangwei came over to find us to go home together! 

I am so thankful to have such wonderful people in my life, constantly motivating me to become a better person, to love God even more despite of all my weaknesses. :)

We all think that we are all going to be great, and we feels a little rob of our expectation that matters but sometimes our expectation sell it short.

Sometimes the expected simply pays off in comparison to the unexpected.

You got to wonder why we claim to our expectation because the expected is what keep us steady, standing still. The expected is just the beginning. the unexpected is what changes our life.

At any given moment the brain has 14 million nerves firing at a speed of 450 miles per hour, we don't have control of most of them, when we get a chill; goose bump, when we get excited; adrenaline, the body naturally follows the impulses which i think its part of why its hard for us to control ours.

of course, sometimes we have impulses we would rather not control.

We don't wish for the easy stuff, we wish for big things, things that are ambitious, out of reach.

I read a book talking about all the human brain and stuff.

*Hey, I just want to clarify this that I am not a GEEK!*

Human brain is so complex.

Consists of three major parts: Central core, Limbic system and Cerebral cortex, and they regulates your everyday life.

Hence each area plays a part in your brain for example Limbic System has three parts:

1. Hippocampus which plays an important role in emotion, learning and memory.
2. Amygdala plays a role in aggression, eating, drinking, and sexual behaviors.
3. Hypothalamus monitors your blood levels of glucose, salt, blood pressure and hormones

Our brain works in so many mystery ways. Imagine how much more can two brains do at the same time and how much damage can be done if we use it wrongly.

Have you ever had a conversation with someone and you guys started using these mind "power", some of us called it mind games.

Questions started to fill our mind.

"What is he thinking?"

"Why did she say that?"

"Is he hiding something from me?"

"What is the meaning of this?"

And at that very moment you felt that if only I can read his or her mind and everything will be done up right clear, things will not be so complicated.

After the whole conversation, you feel so drained. *brain damaged*

Even for me, I do not fancy mind games because really it is so tiring and if it is possible, I want to be truthful.

Do and say whatever I feel and like.

But we learnt that we need to speak the right words, our words must be edifying.

Meaning that we must control and speak the right things.

Isn't it hard?

and there it goes again, we are talking about the heart, the right attitude.

When you have the right attitude towards everything, you will have the right thoughts in your heart.

Wrong thoughts will come into your mind but choose the right ones to go into your heart and out of your mouth. Tactful words.

And you must understand this, speaking tactfully doesn't means we are hiding the truth, it just means that we cares for you and wanted to speak words that will motivates you.

Does not doubt in his heart

At the forefront of the war, fighting against the trials and tribulations.

Bible teaches us that when we say to a problem,

"Be removed and be cast into the sea," and don't doubt about it therefore it will be done.

Have you ever wonder for a second, how is it even possible to achieve 0% of doubt.

And no matter how hard we command the mountain to be removed and yet it didn't just because we have that perhaps 0.001% of doubt.

Or is it God knew right from the beginning that we will surely have doubt about it so whenever we are facing a problem and it is still there, we can't blame God because it is our fault that we have doubt.

V23

"For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, "Be removed and be cast into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

Thoughts in the mind VS Thoughts in the heart.

Often as christians, bad things happened. Negative thoughts will run through our mind and at times we couldn't help it.

It seems so hard and it is very very draining emotionally.

This verse explained to us that we must know how to choose the right thoughts because only the one you choose to accept will enter your heart.

You cannot control thoughts that enters your mind but you can and able to control what enters your heart.

It is the battle of the mind.

By speaking the word of God is very important because confessing has the ability to overwrite the thoughts.
